Lifeteen is an international Catholic ministry that believes that Eucharist-based ministry has the power to transform teens, transform parishes and transform culture.

We are a Eucharist-centered movement of the Holy Spirit, joyfully obedient to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church and consecrated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Jesus Christ is at the center of who we are and of all that we do.

Lifeteen publishes an 8 semester curriculum based on the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ “National doctrinal curriculum framework for High School.”


In accordance with the curriculum framework, Lifeteen recommends that a 4 year/8 semester catechetical plan be implemented in each parish to ensure that complete and quality catechesis is offered to every teen involved in the program. Below is an overview of the entire 8 semester plan. (not in a particular order)
